COMSOL is installable and supported on all RTS computational resources. This software is a commercial product and most users will need to purchase a license in order to use it (or be enrolled in a course where this is provided).
Depending on the type of simulations you hope to run, the web-based simulation tool, Simscale, has a free "community" version/license which may meet your needs. Additionally, there are open-source tools like Kratos Multiphysics or OpenFOAM which are very similar to COMSOL.
