»Appointment Bookings
Certain services we provide to students and staff may require in-person or virtual assistance. Select the preferred service below to schedule an available time with the FL&S staff member assigned to that process. Once the completed form is submitted, you and the assigned inspector will receive a confirmation email and an Outlook calendar invite with your booking appointment. Please, be sure to provide as much information as possible when completing the bookings form.

Prop Weapon Inspection
All prop weapons being used on or off campus in filming and theater productions, or
class activities, must be inspected prior to use. You must have received an approved
Weapons Use Permit (pending inspection) from Fire & Life Safety in order to schedule
an appointment for the physical inspection of the prop. If you have not yet submitted
