» Survey Research

Senior administrators, as well as the campus community, are regularly informed by the survey research conducted by Chapman’s Institutional Research Office (CIRO).  CIRO’s comprehensive survey schedule, which includes “home grown” surveys and national benchmarking surveys, is designed to assess student learning, engagement, satisfaction, and overall college perceptions.  While most surveys are administered to current students, CIRO also regularly surveys alumni, staff, and faculty for their perceptions of Chapman University.  CIRO is responsible for the administration, analysis, and dissemination of the survey results on the schedule. Survey results are shared with the senior administration and the campus community to use for planning, decision-making and inform committee work.
