»About The Plan

Chapman plans to redevelop and enhance existing spaces within its current campus footprint.

Examples Include:

  • Reconstructing DeMille Hall and the Bhathal Student Services Center

  • New buildings up to four stories tall, designed in harmony with the surrounding architecture

  • Modern facilities for classrooms, labs, offices, and academic support

To meet growing interest from prospective students, Chapman proposes a gradual enrollment increase of 1.8% per year over the next 10 years.

What Is a Specific Plan?

A Specific Plan provides a planning framework for 10+ years, outlining the improvements of existing buildings and facilities and/or the construction of new buildings and facilities within the Specific Plan area.
