The update to the Chapman Specific Plan includes some exciting future projects to make better use of our existing campus space, including reconstructing DeMille Hall and Bhathal Student Services Center.
- Proposed within the existing campus footprint and bordered by existing surrounding university buildings.
- Up to four stories tall and designed in harmony with adjacent structures.
- The buildings would include classrooms, offices, conference rooms, laboratories and other academic uses.
Chapman continues to rise in national university rankings and the interest of potential future students grows. To meet the need for higher education opportunities, the University proposes to gradually increase enrollment by approximately 1.8% each year over the next 10 years.
