This form serves as a dual-purpose portal for community feedback regarding the Chapman University Department of Public Safety. If you are submitting a complaint concerning an officer's conduct, management will thoroughly review the details and assign an investigator to interview relevant parties, evaluate available evidence, and determine a factual outcome, after which you will be contacted with the findings. Conversely, if you wish to share a commendation, your accolades will be distributed department-wide to highlight the recipient's exemplary actions and ensure they receive well-deserved recognition. Please note that while positive recognition is always welcomed, filing a false complaint is strictly prohibited by law and may result in criminal or civil penalties.
