NOTE: This employee service is for business only, no personal copy or prints.

Copy Jobs provides campus the ability to get smaller copies and print jobs completed in-house. Please follow the instructions below for the process to request these services. 

Submissions

Email copyjobs@chapman.edu with your specific needs below. 

Please include:

  • A PDF of the Artwork (made to print size)
  • Budget Number
  • Due Date
  • Copy Instructions
    • What quantity?
    • What size? (The original size should match the copy size, as it may not proportionally reduce or enlarge correctly)
    • What paper stock? (see below)
    • B/W or color?
    • Staples needed?
    • Folding needed?
    • 3-hole punch needed?
    • Binding needed?
    • Cover needed?
    • Any additional pertinent information to process & complete the request?

Paper Options

NOTE: Options subject to change based on availability. Once you email your desired paper, Copy Jobs will let you know of any inventory replacements. 

Black and White Options

Standard Letter Paper

  • Size: 8.5"x11"
  • Paper weight: 20# 
  • Colors: white, and pastel-like colors: buff, goldenrod, blue, green, tan, orchid, cherry, pink, ivory, gray, canary, salmon. 

Thicker Letter Paper

  • Size: 8.5"x11"
  • Paper weight: 60#
  • Colors: bright color paper stock, like, forest green, fuchsia, electric yellow, gold yellow, bright blue, etc… (call for paper options).

Paper Cover/Card Stock 

  • Size: 8.5"x11"
  • Paper weight: 110# (card) 
  • Colors: white, cherry, blue, gray, green, ivory, salmon, & canary.

Standard Tabloid Paper

  • Size: 11"x17" (tabloid)
  • Paper weight: 20#
  • Colors: White

Standard Legal Paper

  • Size: 8.5"x14" (legal)
  • Paper weight: 20#
  • Colors: White 

Color Copy Options

NOTE: full-bleed color copy available, meaning no white border edges.

Standard Letter Paper

  • Size: 8.5"x11"
  • Paper weight: 28# (It is a gloss paper but not like a magazine type paper gloss.)
  • Colors: white

Standard Tabloid Paper

  • Size: 11"x17" (tabloid)
  • Paper weight: 28# (It is a gloss paper but not like a magazine type paper gloss.)
  • Colors: White

Standard Legal Paper

  • Size: 8.5"x14" (legal)
  • Paper weight: 28# (It is a gloss paper but not like a magazine type paper gloss.)
  • Colors: White 

Large Print Options

Copy Jobs can print a poster up to 36", one side, color.  If the poster is full-bleed (content to the edge of paper), it will be slightly less than 36 inches.
