The role of the Transportation Services department is to manage the university’s fleet vehicles as well as oversee the campus shuttle system. The shuttle system services our off-campus housing complexes (Chapman Court, Chapman Grand and Panther Village), parking locations on the west side of the orange campus and provides service between the Irvine Metrolink Station and the Rinker Campus.

In order to be authorized to drive a university-owned vehicle (including electric carts, vans/suvs, or grip trucks) or to drive a personal vehicle for Chapman business, refer to the documents to the right under the Driver Authorization heading.

Please review the Authorized Driver Policy/Requirements prior to applying online to ensure you meet the minimum requirements to drive for the university.

To request a Chapman fleet vehicle for department use or to request a Shuttle charter, a Vehicle Request form will need to be submitted to Transportation@chapman.edu for review/approval.

Request form is located to the right under the Fleet Vehicles/Shuttle Charters heading.

The City of Anaheim has a service that provides transportation between Anaheim and the John Wayne Airport - SNA called EVE.

Service can be scheduled from any ART Bus stop in Anaheim. There is a stop located just a half of a block from our Chapman Grand Apartments. Students can utilize the Chapman Shuttle service for transportation to Chapman Grand for easy access to the stop.

Chapman students with valid ID can ride the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) bus service in Anaheim for free. Students just need to show a Chapman ID when boarding the shuttles.
