The role of the Transportation Services department is to maintain and regulate the use of the university’s fleet vehicles as well as manage the campus shuttle system, which services the main campus lots via the Parking Lot Shuttle as well as the off campus Chapman Grand and Panther Village housing locations.
Driver Authorization:
In order to be authorized to drive a university-owned vehicle (including electric carts, vans/suvs, or grip trucks) or to drive a personal vehicle for Chapman business, please refer to the documents to the right under the Driver Authorization heading. Please review the Authorized Driver Policy/Requirements prior to applying online to ensure you meet the minimum requirements to drive for the university.
Fleet Vehicle usage/Shuttle Charters:
