The Institutional DataMart is a repository of data gathered by Institutional Research and Decision Support (IRADS) from various institutional sources. The provided data are a "snapshot" of the official Fall census and reflect many of the common data definitions put forward by IPEDS. They are used for official reporting.
Panther Analytics is a reporting platform that uses Chapman University data from PeopleSoft Finance, PeopleSoft HCM, and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Panther Analytics aims to equip our administrative community with the tools and the data to be better informed and make better decisions. A wide range of reportsis available to help with monitoring student registration in classes, finance and budgets, research grants, student worker hours, and much more.
Chapman’s comprehensive institutional survey schedule, managed by IRADS, is designed to assess student learning, engagement, satisfaction, and overall college perceptions. While most surveys are administered to current students, faculty and staff are also surveyed to determine their perceptions of Chapman University. Survey results can be found on the IRADS Website.
Census
The Census Data Archive is a repository of all the census enrollment files by school and department dating back to the 2003-2004 academic year. These files are maintained by the Institutional Research and Decision Support Office and are restricted and permission-based. Deans, associate deans, chairs, and program directors are provided access to the appropriate enrollment census data and reports for planning and decision making.
