Identifying students with 60+ credits who have not declared 2nd major/minor/themed inquiry
XCR_60_UNDECLARED - This query is used to identify undeclared/exploratory students with more than 60+ credits completed
XCR_60_NO_TI_MIN_2NDMAJ - This query is used to identify students with 60+ credits who have not yet declared a second major, minor, themed inquiry or University Honors program
Limitation of Credit
XCR_RQ_CREDIT_LIMIT_FAIL - This query identifies students who have gone over limitation of credits under physical activity, performance, internship limits. Advisors should email APS to ask them to make adjustments to 120 line if necessary. Especially if the student has applied for degree conferral
Degree Conferral
XCR_GRDRVW_UG - This query will indicate which undergraduate students have applied for degree conferral for all terms
Enrollment History
XCR_ENRL_REQ_BY_ID - This query will show you enrollment history for a single student for a single term. You can see if a student added themselves to a course, dropped a course, or if these enrollment actions were done by faculty member, advisor or Reg Office staff
Lookup Student via Chapman Email
XCR_EMAIL_LOOKUP - This query will allow you to enter a student Chapman email address and it will generate their student ID number
Look Up Provisional Admits
XCR_PROV_ADMT_TERM_ALL - this will give you any Matriculated students who were admitted provisionally
XC_AD_ADPV_REPORT_MATR - this will give you any deposited students who were admitted provisionally
Scheduling Queries
XCR_CLASS_SCHED - allows you to see class schedules for any term/any school in query format
XCR_CLASS_SCHED_DEPT - allows you to see class schedules for specific colleges/schools for any term
XCR_CLASS_SCHED_FY_BLOCK_REG - class schedule and details regarding seat reservations and GE codes
Mid-Term Progress Reports
XC_SR_MID_TERM_GRADES - find mid-semester progress reports, run after mid-term grading is turned on
