POLICY STATEMENT
Chapman University is committed to providing a high
level of service to event organizers and ensuring a
consistent and enjoyable experience for all event
attendees. By adhering to a shared set of guidelines,
rules, and procedures, we endeavor to deliver the
highest quality experience for everyone involved. The
responsibility for implementing and regularly updating
this policy rests with the Department of Event
Operations, which serves as the central event services
office for Chapman University for both internal and
external constituents.
