Scheduling Events

To obtain scheduling information for your events, contact one of the following offices:

Application for Calendar Date and Use of Facilities

Schedule your event electronically:

  • Apply online (25Live) for your calendar date and Facilities Management Event Support.

Submit Event Scheduling Request

Contact the Conference Services Office or the Event Scheduling Office (see above contact information) should you need further assistance to schedule your event.

Schedule your Events in Advance

Please schedule your events in advance to allow the set-up crew sufficient time to prepare effectively for your event and all other requested events in your time requirement. The Facilities Event Support team may not be able to satisfy late requests.

Other Event Support Services

Facilities Management Events Support also provides services for material shredding pick-up, labor and material for office relocations, residence hall turnovers, and providing boxes for office relocations.
