Posting your positions early in the process and prior to events helps us promote your organization across all appropriate channels and supports a seamless candidate experience.
On-Campus Interviews
Meet talent where they are
Interview Chapman candidates in our on-campus interview center and conference room. After reserving your space and posting your positions to Handshake, you can even use our convenient Handshake system interview scheduler to facilitate administrative screening and booking.
On-Campus Recruitment Tabling
Table in the heart of campus
Promote for your open positions and distribute marketing materials on-campus. We'll coordinate with you to select a time that accommodates your recruiting timeline and considers student peak traffic to maximize your exposure.
Site Visits/Tours
Give talent a behind-the-scenes experience
Do you have an amazing office space and in-person culture? Is your space behind-the-scenes tour-worthy? Host candidates in-person! A typical site visit is 90-120 minutes and includes a presentation, tour, Q&A and networking with staff (especially alumni.)

Present to a group of Chapman students and alumni. Discuss your open roles, introduce your values, review total rewards, lead a Q&A, network and showcase a panel of current employees/interns/Chapman alumni.
