Routine General Cleanup

Campus cleanup will occur on the first and third Friday of each month, starting at 6pm. This includes removal of all outdoor public postings and staked/moveable signage unless they are part of a reserved space through Event Operations. This does not include the bulletin boards within the buildings that are maintained and cleaned up by the building owners (staff designated to buildings) per their schedule. Please plan accordingly.

If a posting breaks policy, it will be removed immediately, indoors or outdoors. 

Staked/Movable Signage

When staked or movable signage (ex. lawn signs) is removed during the routine cleanup process, or if a sign is found misplaced, they will be collected and drop off at the Public Safety Office lost and found for the duration of the cleanup schedule on the first and third Friday of each month. When those dates come up, the existing signs in lost and found will be discarded or repurposed. It is the responsibility of the sign owner to collect their signage before the disposal dates.   

Chalking

Chalking will be removed on a routine basis (possibly daily) unless it is part of a reserved space through Event Operations. While subject to change, routine cleaning of campus walkways is generally scheduled to occur daily between the hours of 10 p.m.- 8 a.m.
