Digital Signage Hardware Request Form
The Digital Signage Hardware Request form is used to coordinate the installation of new televisions or large-format display screens in offices, conference rooms, or public spaces. After completing the hardware installation form below, the IS&T Project Management Office will contact you to learn more about your needs and to schedule a walk-through of the space.
*Note – this form should not be used for event setup, support, or another request.
Content for the slideshows that run on the devices are created through Cascade CMS, similar to the website, and training for that should be coordinated through Strategic Marketing and Communications with the web coordinator assigned to your department.
