» Introducing PantherBot


PantherBot offers 24/7/365 chat support to the Chapman community.

PantherBot is here to answer your questions quickly and efficiently. It uses AI to provide fast and reliable information, so you get the help you need anytime on any device. Patherbot is anonymous and multilingual. You can ask questions in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese.

PantherBot has an extensive knowledge base to get you the answers you need when you need them. It also offers live chat (when agents are available) to help answer your questions quicker. You can simply type “Live Chat” to be connected to an agent. If Live agents are not available, PantherBot will ask you to share a few simple pieces of information and create a request on your behalf so someone can get in touch with you.

PantherBot is currently available on web pages for the following departments: Academic Advising, Undergraduate Admissions, IS&T, Office of the Registrar, Ticketing Office, Student Business Services, Residence Life sites, Parent Engagement, and Center for Global Education. It’s coming to more Chapman sites soon.

When you are on a page that supports PantherBot, you will see a chat window in the bottom right corner of the screen. You can simply click on it and start interacting with it.
