Upon leaving Chapman University, you will no longer have access to software, platforms, and portals. To ensure a seamless transition, please take a moment to review the details below.

**Emeritus Faculty shall be entitled to email services and library privileges.

Additional Considerations

All Chapman files and data belong to the university. Please see IS&T's Policies and Procedures for more information. Faculty, Staff, and Persons of Interest (POI) will lose all access to their email and network on the date of separation from Chapman University. You will also lose access to buildings.

Upon leaving Chapman University, you must return your ID card, loaned devices, and equipment, including but not limited to tablets, phones, computers, adapters, peripherals, etc., to IS&T. You may return them to your supervisor or hiring manager.
