Canva is a powerful, easy-to-use design platform that brings professional-quality tools to students, faculty, and staff. Whether you're creating academic presentations, classroom materials, event flyers, or social media content for your department, Canva simplifies the design process and helps you produce polished, high-impact visuals in minutes.
For students, Canva is ideal for elevating class projects, portfolios, and group presentations with eye-catching visuals and organized layouts. Faculty members can use Canva to design engaging course materials, lecture slides, and digital handouts that enhance learning and keep students’ attention. Meanwhile, staff and administrators can create everything from internal communications and promotional content to campus-wide event graphics.

- For students: Canva is automatically available to all students. All you have to do is log in with your Chapman account (SSO). You also have access to Adobe Express. Licenses will expire at the end of each semester.
- For faculty and staff: A limited number of Canva licenses are available upon request. We encourage the use of Adobe Express as a primary tool. Please submit a license request. Licenses will expire at the end of each semester.
Important note: Your Adobe license will elapse 30 days after your account becomes inactive (graduation or leaving Chapman University).

Q. Will I lose all the designs I created in my previous team?
A. No! You can transfer designs from one team to another as long as they are under
