»Canvas Template to Promote Student Success
Created through a collaboration between the Office of Educational Technology Services and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, a Canvas template is now available to all Chapman instructors by request. The purpose of this template is to reduce the time and effort instructors spend building Canvas courses while providing a more consistent experience for Chapman students. Its development was guided by feedback from a representative group of faculty, bringing multiple instructional perspectives into the design. We hope this resource will serve as a valuable foundation for creating high-quality courses that support student engagement, learning, and success.
Take a guided video tour to explore the template’s layout, instructional elements, and how it can help streamline your course-building process.
Need help getting started with the template? The offices below are available to support you.
