What is Educational Technology Services?

The office of Educational Technology Services oversees both Instructional Technology and Classroom Technology.

Instructional Technology works with faculty to support and enhance the use of technology and digital media in instruction and scholarship, providing support for campus-wide instructional tools such as Blackboard as well as assisting faculty in the development of scholarly and pedagogical special projects.

Classroom Technology designs technology-rich learning environments in our campus classrooms and physical learning spaces.

We welcome collaboration with faculty who wish to explore innovative uses of technology in their teaching and research. In addition to one-on-one consultation and support, we also provide department-based and open weekly workshops and presentations on aspects of academic technology.
