** The ONLY way to enroll is via the URL enrollment link (https://www.eosfitness.com/join-now/eoschapmanu). Attempting to go into an EōS Fitness facility for the promotional membership or
sign up online by going to eosfitness.com it will not be available.
What membership access level is a CORP+ membership? CORP+ memberships are equivalent to WILL POWER memberships providing access to all locations and in-club amenities. CORP+ memberships also include additional services like unlimited VIP guest services, access to The Tank: Innovative Recovery Space and E7 personalized nutrition program.

What If I'm already a member of EoS Fitness?
- Enroll for the corporate membership online
- Email wellness@eosfitness.comafterwards with the new agreement information and your current agreement is cancelled with no further billing
- The annual membership fee on the new agreement will be moved to the following year
on the same month you paid this calendar year
- If you haven't paid the AMF this calendar year, it will come out with your first monthly invoice
- Confirmation will be sent via email once processed.
What if the enrolling member is a minor?
- Parent/Guardian enters all of the minor's demographic information EXCEPT Date of Birth
- Parent/Guardian enters their own DOB
- Parent/Guardian signs their name, not the minor's, when prompted to sign for the agreement
- Email wellness@eosfitness.comafterwards with your minor's agreement number and actual DOB (Must be 13 years or older)
- Confirmation will be sent via email once adjustment has been made
** Don’t forget to register your new agreement immediately after signing up! It will allow you to review your visits, check your billing, enroll for classes online, and assign a home location for the gym that’s most convenient for you.

ThrivePass
ThrivePass is an innovative platform focused on well-being, benefits, and rewards. Chapman University has partnered with ThrivePass to offer wellness benefits, which includes a Wellness Savings Account (WSA). We will deposit money into your WSA to spend on discounted wellness activities, services, and products on the ThrivePass platform. You can also apply to be reimbursed for wellness purchases made outside of the ThrivePass marketplace through their reimbursement feature. Vendor partners include (but not limited to) Corepower Yoga, 24-Hour Fitness, and Lifetime Athletic. You will receive a registration email from ThrivePass with instructions.

Fun Express Inc., California’s largest provider of corporate discount entertainment programs, carries discounted tickets to Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, Knott’s Berry Farm, Sea World, and more than 40 other southern California dinner shows, movie theaters, water parks and other activities. You can order on-line, via phone, mail, or in person. Many tickets are available as eTickets, and these can be emailed to you the same business day as ordered.

As part of emergency preparedness at Chapman University, Fire and Life Safety, and Public Safety offer a number of ongoing training and presentations, such as Fire Extinguisher Training, CPR/First Aid Training, Active Shooter Training, Fire Safety and Building Evacuations, and Personal Emergency Preparedness.

Travel Assistance
Benefits eligible employees are encouraged to become familiar with the information available though their health plans to access medical care and services in the event of a medical emergency while traveling out of the area. Please review the information from your selected health care provider below, and use the contact information listed in these brochures to notify your provider of your condition.
Chapman health insurance, or any other personal health insurance, is your primary resource. If you have a medical emergency while on Chapman University business-related international travel, international Travel Insurance and Assistance Plan shown below may be used as a secondary source.
