The 52,000 sq. ft. Campus Center brings the Rinker community together. It provides a space for students to meet, study, eat or relax. The center also provides several services to students that can be used before or after classes.

Meeting and gathering spaces

The Campus Center provides several places for students to spend their down time outside of the classroom. This includes:

Indoor and outdoor meeting spaces for studying, socializing or club meetings.
A gym and yoga room.
Prayer room.
Lactation room.

Rinker Campus Entrance

There is plentiful outdoor seating to meet and gather outside the Rinker Campus.

Indoor/Outdoor Environment

The accordion wall allows for the Courtyard and Commons spaces to merge into one indoor/outdoor environment, taking advantage of the iconic southern California weather.

Lounge

A more casual space, the lounge features furniture for dining, studying, and relaxing with peers and colleagues.

Student Org Workroom

The Student Organization Workroom features dedicated workspace, seating, and lockers for Rinker Campus student groups.

Great Room

The Great Room is a multipurpose space for eating and studying with friends, watching movies in the evening, and formal programming for current and prospective students.

Shared Table

Reserved for faculty and staff, the Shared Table provides dedicated dining and meeting space for fostering professional connections between faculty and staff.

Paws Cafe

Operated by Sodexo, Paws Cafe features cooked meals, to-go food items, and a full service coffee station.

Panther Store

Operated by Follett, the Panther Store sells Chapman apparel, gifts for new and graduating students, and a variety of school supplies.

Student Success Center

The Student Success Center is home to a variety of academic and student services offices.

Prayer and Meditation Room

The Prayer and Meditation Room on the second floor is one of three spaces designed to allow for quiet reflection and spiritual well-being.

Dining on campus

The Campus Center features the Paws Cafe, operated by Sodexo. Paws Cafe has cooked meals, to-go items and a full service coffee station.

Student services for potential students

The Campus Center is open to any potential students. If you would like to tour the Campus Center or meet with an admission representative, you can visit the Graduate Admission office on the 2nd floor. In addition, you can:

Email gradadmit@chapman.edu with any questions, or to request a parking pass or tour (a pass is required for all vehicles parked at the Rinker Campus).

Current student services

Our Campus Center also features a full suite of services to support our current students.

There are several offices in our Campus Center to assist with financial questions/business items:

Graduate Financial Aid (2nd floor): Provides support and resources to assist students in obtaining financing and understanding relevant federal, state, and institutional financing programs.
Student Business Services (2nd floor): Assists students with tuition and fees, including the processing of refunds, while also providing support and advice to aid in students' understanding of their account with Chapman University.
Cashiers Office (2nd floor): Accepts student payments for tuition and fees. They are available to assist recognized clubs and organizations with cash handling needs, accepting deposits, creating e-commerce payment links, and providing cash boxes with temporary change funds.

The following offices can help with several of your academic needs:

University Registrar (2nd floor): Helps students with requesting official transcripts, enrolling in classes, understanding their program evaluation, learning about their privacy rights, and other academic policies and procedures.
Leatherby Libraries Reference Desk (1st floor): Provides support related to research strategies, searching databases effectively, evaluating the authority and credibility of sources, progressing through the stages of the research process, and more.
In addition, our School of Pharmacy and Crean College of Health & Behavioral Sciences have academic offices and staff to support current students with program-specific needs.

There are additional services available in our Campus Center:

Student Psychological Counseling Services (2nd floor): Assists students in functioning effectively in the university environment by assessing and supporting their psychological well-being as they pursue personal and academic goals.
Panther Store by Follett/bookstore and gift shop (1st floor): Provides Chapman apparel, gifts, and supplies for the Rinker Campus community. Show your support and pride by choosing from a variety of t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and other Chapman merchandise.
