Additional Fees
Parking is free to students. However, a valid virtual permit is still mandatory. The virtual permit is obtained by registering your vehicle.

Proof of health insurance is required of all students. Students can submit proof via the Student Center's eForms tile. Otherwise, the student will be enrolled in the plan selected by the university and charged the cost of coverage.
Student health insurance can be purchased each academic year via the Student Center eForms tile.
International students are automatically billed for student health insurance upon enrollment. Students who have an individual or family plan can waive the health insurance charge by completing the Proof of Health Insurance eForm in their Student Center. The deadline to waive is the 3rd week of classes.

Room and Board
Residence Life and First Year Experience
First year students have a three-year housing requirement. The requirement consists of students who enter Chapman University within one year of their high school graduation. Students residing in residence halls are required to have a board meal plan, which is included in the total cost below.

Tuition and Fees are based on full-time enrollment of 12-18 credits. Additional charges will apply for students enrolled in more than 18 credits per semester. Health insurance is not automatically included in the Cost of Attendance for domestic undergraduate students.
The Cost of Attendance determines your financial aid, and it includes estimated and average costs in some categories. The Cost of Attendance is used by Financial Aid and may not reflect your actual charges. Actual Tuition and Fees can be viewed on your Student Center after tuition is posted.
