Undergraduate Students
Student Health Insurance and Health Center Cost
The cost of the Student Health Insurance for one academic year is $2,005.00. The charge is added to the tuition and fee bill each term.
The Health Center Fee is mandatory for all full-time undergraduate students, and it cannot be waived. The Health Center fee is not related to health insurance. It provides access to the Student Health Center and its services.

Spring 2024 Deadline to Purchase Health Insurance: February 19, 2024
Graduate Health Science
Doctor of Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, & Physician Asst. Studies students are automatically billed Student Health Insurance. All other Health Science students have the option to enroll in the student health insurance coverage. The health insurance fees are assessed on a trimester basis, after class enrollment has been verified. Students will be billed to their student account for fall, spring, and summer trimesters.

How to waive coverage: If the student has coverage through an individual or family plan, the student can waive the cost by completing the Proof of Insurance eForm in their Student Center. The student must do so by the deadline date or be responsible for the health insurance cost.
Spring 2024 Open Enrollment & Waiver Deadline: February 19, 2024.
All International Students
All international students are automatically billed for Student Health Insurance. The health insurance coverage is billed on a per-term basis, after class enrollment has been verified. The health insurance coverage will be billed to the student account for each term.
