Welcome Undergraduate Students! The Student Business Services Office is responsible for student billing, and the collection of tuition, fees, housing and other student charges. In preparation for the upcoming term, please review the Undergraduate Student Checklist.
Important Dates and Deadlines:
- November 26, 2024: Charges start to post to student accounts
- November 26, 2024: Payment Plan enrollment opens
- December 1, 2024: eStatements go out to students & Panther Partner Authorized Users
- December 20, 2024: Payment due: tuition, room, and board (if applicable)
- Prior to First Day of Term: Tuition Protection purchase deadline
- First Day of Term: Tuition & Fee Master Payment Contract submission deadline
- First Day of Term: Proof of Health Insurance submission deadline
- February 24, 2025: Board Meal Plan change deadline
- February 24, 2025: Student Health Insurance purchase deadline
- February 24, 2025: International Student Health Insurance waiver deadline
Internship and Independent Study tuition costs follow all of the same tuition rates and policies, as any other course.
Tuition and Fee Master Payment Contract (Mandatory): All Chapman University students are required to submit the Tuition & Fee Master Payment Contract, at the start at each academic year. The contract is available on the Student Center's eForms tile.
Authorization to Release Student Information: Student records at Chapman University are governed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Chapman University is prohibited from providing student record information to third parties, such as billing, financial aid, educational records, etc. In order for Chapman University to release student record information to anyone other than the student, the Chapman Release Authorization form must be signed and submitted by the student. Student record information will only be released by departments authorized and only to the individuals specified on the release form.
