Temporary Move to Remote Operations

The Office of Undergraduate Financial Aid has currently moved to remote operations. We are unable to accommodate drop-in visits and appointments.

During the next week, we will be experiencing some delays in phone services.

Our team is still available to answer your questions via email at finaid@chapman.edu.

For more information on campus operations, please visit Chapman's Coronavirus: Updates and Resources page.

Emergency Grant Funds for Students

The Federal Government has made grant funds available for students impacted by the disruption of campus operations due to COVID-19.  These emergency grant funds are for non-tuition expenses and will be disbursed directly to the student.  Disbursements are made via your student account and will not impact any past due balance or future charges with the University.

Students enrolling in the Fall 2020 term may now submit their application to be considered for review and disbursement in September. Please download, complete, and send this form along with all receipts and documentation to fa_cares@chapman.edu.  You are encouraged to check with a tax professional to determine the taxability of these funds.

Please note, the application has been updated. Previous versions of the application will not be accepted for review.
