Resources For You

together splash word

The Office of Human Resources stands in solidarity with all who are impacted by race-based tragedies and violence. Events across the nation have impacted every aspect of your well-being: the pandemic, quarantine, protests, social injustices for victims named and unnamed, local and distant, in particular, with our Black and African American communities.

We want you to know that, We Stand With You, and remain committed to being here for YOU. You may feel unsettled during this time of extreme uncertainty. If you are experiencing grief, trauma, anxiety, or in need of general wellness support, we encourage members of our university community to contact the carriers we have identified below, to support you, or someone you know, with coping and healing through counseling resources.

In the event you do not possess a health care policy with Chapman, you may utilize services through the Life Assistance Program (LAP).

For covered employees by Cigna and Kaiser, the below step-by-step instructions will guide you to an expert to assist you with your care.
