The EOO places a high priority on providing comprehensive and unbiased training to its personnel, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle any situation involving Title IX violations. To achieve this goal, we utilize a variety of training materials from reputable sources, including ATIXA (Association of Title IX Administrators) training materials, SUNY SCI (State University of New York Student Conduct Institute) training materials, and Vector Solutions™.
Our training materials cover a range of topics, including how to recognize and respond to incidents of sexual harassment and discrimination, the rights and responsibilities of individuals involved in a Title IX investigation, and how to conduct investigations in a fair and impartial manner. Our personnel are expected to complete regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with any changes to relevant policies and procedures.
We are committed to providing the highest quality training to our personnel to ensure that our University community is a safe and welcoming environment for all individuals, free from any form of harassment or discrimination.
