Our initiative, Building Consistency, is intended to enhance the employee experience by providing tools and resources that support sound and consistent human resource practices throughout the Chapman community. As the first phase, we will replace the Staff and Administrator Handbook with online policies, and the processes and tools to help you navigate them. By doing so we will make it easier for you to find and access the information you need when you need it, allowing you to focus on what’s important in your job.
