The Cultural Essentials Series (CES) is designed to enhance fundamental aspects of the supervisor-employee relationship, which in turn positively impacts the employee experience. Employees can work collectively to make Chapman a place where we can Engage, Achieve, and Belong. The Cultural Essentials Series is composed of four workshops that focus on: Leadership, Care, Service, and Relationships.

Supervisor Development Series - Communication Track
The Communication Track is the first in the Supervisor Development Series. Participating in the series will enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency while helping promote a more positive and inclusive culture as supervisors engage with their staff and engage with one another across the university. The frameworks and tools provided in this series of workshops help supervisors engage in more effective, positive, and inclusive communication.
