»Faculty Housing Assistance
The Faculty Housing Assistance Program is intended to assist eligible tenured and
tenure-track Chapman University faculty with the first purchase of a home within the
Chapman University vicinity based on criteria outlined in the program. For fiscal
year 2023-2024 the supplement described in the program is based on a percentage of
$635,000, the median market price of a condominium in Orange County as of the beginning
of the fiscal year.
