Chapman University provides a 60-day window for the alums to convert their Adobe Creative Cloud Education account to a personal account and keep their existing data. Visit Adobe's asset transfer help page to get started. If you do not perform the conversion before the 60-day window, you will lose access to your Adobe Creative Cloud assets, so please plan accordingly.

Creative Cloud Deleted File Retention

Adobe is implementing a new process for deleted files in Creative Cloud storage. Starting 4 June 2023, newly deleted files will be retained for 30 days and then permanently removed. Deleted files stored for over 30 days in the Deleted folder prior to this date will also be permanently removed.

We recommend you review all files in your Deleted folder and recover those you wish to keep, or permanently delete files on your own to recover your storage quota. Adobe’s Customer Support is available to answer any questions. Please contact them here.
