Welcome, undergraduate students. The Student Business Services Office is responsible for student billing and the collection of tuition, fees, housing and other student charges.      

Tuition and Fee Master Payment Contract (Mandatory): All students enrolled at Chapman University are required to have a completed Tuition and Fee Master Payment Contract on file with the Student Business Services, this is a onetime form.

Authorization to Release Student Information form: Student records at Chapman University are governed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Chapman University is prohibited from providing student record information to third parties, such as billing, financial aid, educational records, etc. In order for the University to release student record information to anyone other than the student, the Authorization to Release Student Information form must be signed by the student. Student record information will only be released by departments authorized, and only to the individuals specified on the release form. Complete and submit the Authorization to Release Student Information form to either the Financial Aid, Registrar or Student Business Services.

Parking

Students must register their vehicle, to be eligible to park on campus. Parking permits are virtual and are tied to the license plate.  Permits are mandatory.  Anyone not driving to campus must file for a parking permit waiver.

Student Health Center Fee

Student Health Center Fee is a mandatory per-term fee for all full-time undergraduate students. The fee provides students access to Health Center and Counseling Services.

Student Health Insurance

Student Health Insurance purchase is optional for domestic students. To purchase student health insurance, please submit a Student Health Request form.

Student health insurance purchase deadline is September 21, 2020.

International Student Health Insurance Waiver

International Student Health Insurance Waiver:  International students are automatically billed for student health insurance. If you have coverage through an individual or family plan, you can waive the health insurance fee.

The International Student Health Insurance Waiver deadline is September 21, 2020.

Board Meal Plan Change Request

Students with an assigned board meal plan have up until the third week of the start of the semester to request a meal plan change. Meal plan changes can be made by emailing reslife@chapman.edu from your Chapman University email address or simply visit either office in person.
