The Purchasing Department, part of the Financial Services Division, represents the University in the purchase of goods and services at the lowest prices and the best terms and conditions. We are the only department that issues purchase orders.

The Purchasing Department is responsible for assuring that procurements made are in the best interests of the University and are made in compliance with University policy. The department is also responsible for assuring that procurements made are properly authorized, and result in quality goods or services being delivered at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the best possible cost.

Our offices are located at 625 W. Palm in the same building as Facilities Management and University Services
