Pumpkin Decorating Competition
- To register for the competition, reserve a free pumpkin here by Monday, October 17th.
- One pumpkin per department.
- Departments registered for the competition will be assigned a number.
- Orange Campus pumpkin display set up between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- Rinker Campus pumpkin display set up between 1:45 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- Human Resources will send pick-up instructions on October 24th.
- Thanks, Sodexo for donating the pumpkins!
Costume Competitions
- Register for the individual or group costume contest at the check-in table under the HR canopy before the competition begins.
- Individuals and groups will be assigned a number to display on stage during the voting session.
Voting Instructions
1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place winners will be awarded based on the popular vote.
Orange Campus
Winners will be decided by online voting, so bring your mobile devices!

Rinker Campus
Winners will be decided by in-person popular vote using paper ballots.
