This year's theme is "Celebrating Impact." Hear from President Struppa, VP\|CHRO Brian Powell and other leaders as they recognize and celebrate how Chapman Staff make an impact every day. Immediately afterwards, step outside into the Aitken Arts Plaza to pick up your Staff Summit gifts, enjoy breakfast snacks and refreshments and create messages to post on our Celebrating Impact Exhibit! 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM	Musco Stage Door	Musco Center for the Arts Tour Be treated to the full VIP Backstage Experience at Musco Center for the Arts! Go behind the curtain to find out the ins and outs of putting on a show in Chapman’s acoustical masterpiece that the LA Times has called “an ideal opera house, potentially the best in the West and maybe even something more.” Included in the tour is a special Staff Summit reception in our Artists Lounge, on-stage photos, and insider info on next season.
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM	Rinker Campus Atrium	Rinker Event: Celebrating Impact Join us for a fun afternoon at the Rinker Campus! Show your Chapman Spirit by wearing your favorite Chapman gear! Opportunities to celebrate each others' impact with food, games, team competition, massage chairs, and chances to win a prize.
2:00 PM - 2:45 PM	Entrance to Smith Hall	Escalette Fashion Tour Think fashion’s just Gucci and Louis Vuitton? Join Escalette staff for a revelatory delve into art that foregrounds the role of fashion in all our lives.

11:00 AM - 12:30 PM	Leather Libraries Reference Desk, First Floor	Leatherby Libraries Tour Join Dean Kevin Ross for a tour of the Leatherby Libraries. Hear about the history of the Center for American War Letters Archives, and the “California’s Gold” Exhibit and Huell Howser Archives, and visit the Frank Mt. Pleasant Library of Special Collections and Archives. Dean Ross will be highlighting the special collections and art in the Leatherby Libraries that make it one of the favorite gathering places for students, faculty, and staff.
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM	Hilbert Museum Lobby	Hilbert Tour Founded in 2016 by Mark and Janet Hilbert, The Hilbert Museum of California Art at Chapman University is a significant repository of images of the 20th century by California artists, celebrating the unique artistic and cultural development of the Golden State. Join us for a special, staff-only, docent-guided tour of the Hilbert Collection, as well as current exhibitions including "The Genius of Chuck Jones," and "Capio Lumen/Capture the Light."

9:00 AM - 9:30 AM	Attallah Piazza	Pets Make an Impact: Chapman Pets "Pack Walk" Chapman Pets invites you to take a break and join us for a quick walk around campus. Our pets make a wonderful impact in our lives. Lets gather together to celebrate the joy they bring us. Friendly pets on leads are welcome.
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM	Memorial Lawn	Field Day: Lawn Games, Board Games, Volleyball & Spikeball Tournaments, Tabling and Ice Cream Join us for an afternoon of fun including, some friendly competition and tasty ice cream. Board games and lawn games for all! Volleyball and spikeball tournaments for those interested, and a "tour" of some of Chapman's departments, tabling all in one place!
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM	Hilbert Museum Lobby	Hilbert Tour Founded in 2016 by Mark and Janet Hilbert, The Hilbert Museum of California Art at Chapman University is a significant repository of images of the 20th century by California artists, celebrating the unique artistic and cultural development of the Golden State. 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM	FISH Interfaith Center	Guided Meditation (registration not required) Gather together in the FISH Interfaith Center for a guided meditation led by Dr. Gail Stearns to look inward and recognize the impact we each make on an individual level; followed by a Celebrating Impact Exhibit activity in the Piazza.
9:30 AM - 11:30 AM	Attallah Piazza	Celebrating Impact Activity, Massage Chairs, Therapy Dogs, Group Line Dance, Photo Booth & more (registration not required) Celebrate YOU with a card on the Exhibit, relax and unwind in our Massage Chairs (massage chairs will be in the FISH Interfaith Center), de-stress with sweet therapy dogs, capture your Staff Summit 2022 memories in our open-air photo booth, show off your dance moves in a group line dance at 10:30am, participate in a Giveaway at 11:00am, and enjoy some refreshments.

Enjoy refreshments and readings from the Celebrating Impact Exhibit. Make an impact in your local community by supporting the El Modena Family Resource Center and Friendly Center, two non-profits located in the City of Orange. Help assemble a backpack filled with school supplies for a child or organize a personal toiletry kit to be distributed through an emergency food program. Top it off with a handwritten note, and Chapman will ensure these items are delivered to folks in need living in the neighborhoods surrounding campus. When we give back to our local communities, we all benefit!
10:00 AM - 10:50 AM	Memorial Hall Auditorium	Drum Circle (registration encouraged, but not required) Join Upbeat Drum Circles in a participatory experience of the rhythm of team building. A groove involves different parts coming together in an ensemble. By jamming together, we boost morale, reduce burnout, feel our common pulse, honor diversity, and explore metaphors of how each unique person fits into the whole. Instruments are provided. No prior musical experience necessary. If you can clap on beat, you can participate!
