The Faculty Housing Assistance Program is intended to assist eligible tenured and tenure-track Chapman University faculty with the first purchase of a home within the Chapman University vicinity based on criteria outlined in the program. For fiscal year 2024-2025 the supplement described in the program is based on a percentage of $655,000, the median market price of a condominium in Orange County as of the beginning of the fiscal year.
