Argyros Career Scholars Program

At Chapman, we want our students to not only dream big, but to help them discover and achieve their dream jobs. The Argyros College of Business and Economics is delighted to announce the launch of the Argyros Career Scholars Program. This unique and one-of-a-kind program will provide selected scholars with a personalized coaching track throughout the 2023-24 academic year designed to help them achieve their dream job (or a path to their dream job). Scholars will have exclusive access to coaches and consultants with 50+ years of corporate and education experience and who are uniquely qualified to coach and mentor students and young professionals as they navigate this next important phase in their career.

Eligible students must be a rising junior or senior (undergraduate) or a second year MBA student and meet the following criteria:

● 3.5 GPA or higher

● At least one completed (or current) internship or job while enrolled as a student

● Faculty nomination

Applicants will be asked to submit an essay describing their dream job and how they’ll get there professionally, academically and personally as well as a brief video submission (60 second introduction) and a resume. Applications open on August 28th in Canvas and will close on September 15th so don’t delay! This is a unique opportunity to work with industry leaders to chart a course towards the job of your dreams.
