Biography

Professor Tiffany Cruz joined the Fowler School of Law faculty as a Lecturer in the Spring of 2019. She is an international employment lawyer with commercial law experience, working as in-house counsel for the global remote-first company G-P/Globalization Partners. While working for the world's largest labor and employment law firm representing employers, Littler Mendelson, P.C., she litigated California employment matters before state and federal courts and agencies. As an Associate Attorney for the international law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LP, her legal practice included employment, commercial, white collar and environmental matters as well as Pro Bono work for which she received the State Bar of California Wiley W. Manuel Certificate. Prior to launching her litigation practice, she clerked for two federal District Court Judges in St. Louis, Missouri. As a St. Louis area native, she earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis. While in law school, she completed an externship with a St. Louis Circuit Judge and served as an Editor for the Washington University Law Review.
