Welcome to the HR policy page for staff and administrators.  Our initiative, Building Consistency, is intended to enhance the employee experience by providing tools and resources that support sound and consistent human resource practices throughout the Chapman community. As the first phase, we will replace the Staff and Administrator Handbook with online policies, and the processes and tools to help you navigate them. By doing so we will make it easier for you to find and access the information you need when you need it, allowing you to focus on what’s important in your job. Updating HR policies and procedures is an ongoing, multi-year, process, so check back frequently for the most current information. As policies are revised, they will be announced, and updated in this collection.

The Staff and Administrators Handbook has been broken down into individual policies to make it easier for you to find what you need. These longstanding policies remain in effect while we work to update the content of each of them.
