Funding Assistance
First Step:
Undergraduate first-generation Chapman students may apply to receive assistance toward travel costs for a semester abroad, faculty-led Travel Course, or summer international internship. Funding is awarded to those who qualify based on several factors. Please review the Promising Futures Program, Funding Request Form information page before submitting a request to determine if you qualify.
Second Step:
If you qualify for the Promising Futures Program Funding Request, please submit the request form by the following due dates prior to your study abroad term:
- Fall semester abroad: February 1
- Spring semester abroad: May 31
- Interterm Travel Course: November 1
- Summer Travel Course or International Internship: April 1
In addition, there are many scholarships for semester-long and short-term global programs.
