Please read the following to ensure you have a great chatbot experience:
- Ask PantherBot questions when a team member isn't available.
- Request live chat with a team member (if one is available).
- If you request a live chat and a team member is unavailable, PantherBot will provide the office contact information.
- Since the chatbot is connected to multiple departmental knowledge sources, please
include the word "Canvas" in your inquiry if you need a Canvas-related question. For
example, instead of asking, "How do I copy my course?" ask, "How do I copy my Canvas course?"
- If the chatbot can not answer your Canvas-related questions, please send your inquiry to canvas@chapman.edu.
