CAIS Inclusive Leadership Subcommittee

Attendees at the CAIS meeting sit around tables engaged in discussionThe CAIS Inclusive Leadership Subcommittee believes that in order to fully realize equity, access, inclusion, and the intersectionality of students with disabilities in our schools, we must empower and support school and district leaders in how to create and sustain inclusive school environments where each and every student, family and staff feel a deep sense of belonging; and each educator and school staff member possesses the skills and supports necessary to teach all learners.
