The Attallah College of Educational Studies undergraduate programs integrate academic coursework and hands-on training to provide students with an excellent foundation for work in schools, communities, or healthcare settings. Our outstanding, nationally recognized faculty is dedicated to fostering the next generation of teachers, leaders, and healthcare professionals. Chapman graduates are well prepared to link their comprehensive academic knowledge with their practical skills to become an "educator" in the broadest, most holistic definition of the term.

Integrated Educational Studies

The IES program provides students with a comprehensive foundation to be educators in a classroom or community setting.

Accelerated Five-Year Bachelor’s plus MA in Curriculum and Instruction (MACI)

With 5 years of full-time study, students obtain a bachelor’s plus master of arts. In this dual-degree, accelerated program, students also earn their California teaching credential.

Minor in Leadership Studies

The leadership minor provides hands-on leadership training to compliment any career path.

Attallah College Minors

Interdisciplinary minors allow our students to learn about other areas of interest that add value to their primary educational focus.

Virtual Attallah College Information Sessions

We’re hosting virtual information sessions throughout the fall for you to learn more about the IES (Integrated Educational Studies) major and pathways for pursuing educational studies at Chapman.

At these sessions you’ll get an introduction to IES, an overview of Attallah’s academic minors, and information on the accerlated, five-year Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction (MACI) program. In addition, you'll be able to meet current students.
