By completing the C-TAG Pathway courses at their community college with the specified GPA, students are guaranteed admission into Chapman’s Liberal Studies major, a program built for future elementary and special education teachers.
Dean Roxanne Greitz Miller delivered the keynote address at the First-Generation Celebration Week. In this talk, she shares her experience as a first-generation college graduate and reflects on how those early challenges and opportunities shaped her path as an educator and leader.
C-TAG applicants are reviewed for merit-based and need-based scholarships after an admission decision is made by the Office of Admissions. Domestic and International SAC students who have a 3.3 overall GPA or higher in all transferable classes and apply for admission by the priority application deadline for either spring or fall will be considered for a minimum $12,000 merit/academic scholarship. Merit scholarship consideration is based on college GPA and curriculum and is at the discretion of the Admission Committee at the time of the admission decision. Filing a FAFSA may be required for certain types of aid.
