To request a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) or a Data Use Agreement (DUA) to be put in place between Chapman University and an external party, please fill out the corresponding request form in Sophia, a web-based agreement management system.
Please use your Chapman login credential to log into the Sophia system here. After you logged into Sophia, you should see a webpage that appears below. Please click on the "MTA and DUA Intake Form" link in the "Tasks" box.
