Undergraduate students can discover the unique opportunity of conversing with their professor over lunch outside the classroom! Take advantage of discussing graduate school options, possible research opportunities, or general academic advice.

One (1) to three (3) undergraduate students can invite one (1) professor to lunch on any given day during LWP week.
Students can dine up to two (2) different days during Lunch with a Professor week.
Students can’t dine with the same professor more than once during Lunch with a Professor week.
Students must arrive with the professor. Students will not gain entrance to Randall Dining Commons without everyone in the group arriving at the same time.
Voucher requests close 24 hours before the dining date. Vouchers will not be issued after a date closes. Voucher requests for Monday, April 15th, will close at noon on Friday, April 12th. Late requests will not be honored.
Walk-ups will not receive vouchers.

Faculty can only dine with up to three (3) students on any given day during Lunch with a Professor.
Faculty must arrive with student(s). Faculty will not gain entrance to Randall Dining Commons without everyone in group arriving at the same time.
Faculty can’t dine with the same student(s) more than one time during Lunch with a Professor week.
Same day walk-ups will not be admitted to Randall Dining Commons.

Request your Free meal voucher by filling out the online application at the top of this page. Once your submission is reviewed, you will receive an email from "Chapman Ticketing" with further instructions.

On the day of your lunch, you will check-in with CUE at the designated table outside the Randall Dining Commons with your professor between 11:30am - 1:30pm to receive your voucher.

The Faculty Mentor Directory is an online tool that provides undergraduate students a network of faculty members interested in mentoring undergraduate students in research or creative activity. Students can explore the Faculty Mentor Directory to identify potential faculty mentors that inspire or fit their academic and intellectual research/creative interests.
