    Available Support Services

Classroom Tech Assist is your general audio/visual and IT support team. We seek to assist with your technical needs so that your class sessions progress smoothly and uninterrupted by providing on-call help, troubleshooting, and training. In case something does not go as planned, we are committed to providing full support. We have installed a “Help Button” in each Hyflex classroom podium that instructors can press to get immediate support if a technical issue arises. If you would like to request technical support with an on-site technician in the classroom or your office before or on your first day of class, please make an appointment on Microsoft Bookings for the Orange campus or Rinker campus.

Remote computer support is available to faculty and staff using our remote support tool to address hardware and software issues, when applicable. Remote support will be our primary means to resolve most issues, and an on-site technician will be dispatched when necessary. Please, make an appointment on Microsoft Bookings for the orRinker campus.
