RESEARCH/TEACHING INTERESTS

Dr. Moors’s research interests lie at the intersection of gender, sexuality, interpersonal relationships, and inclusion. In the area of broadening participation in science and engineering, her work examines barriers to and evidence-based strategies for promoting inclusion. Current projects include an intervention for college students aimed at reducing prejudice and promoting ally engagement as well as a mixed-method study focused on understanding the experiences of LGBTQ people in STEM workplaces.
