The Fowler School of Engineering (FSE) offers support for student activities, including events organized by FSE’s student clubs, organizations, and societies. This support includes but is not limited to: room reservations for the Swenson Hall Ideation Zone, Sodexo food orders, and limited advertising support. Financial support is also available for select professional society memberships, supplies, guest speakers, and food/beverage.
- The Event Support Request Form must be submitted a minimum of 10 business days prior to the event or activity.
- Requests submitted within 10 business days of the proposed event or activity will be denied and assistance will not be provided.
- Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for your request to be reviewed. The Fowler School of Engineering has the discretion to extend the review period timeline if needed.
- Expenses incurred prior to approval will not be reimbursed, especially if the request is denied. Use of the Ideation Zone for organized events or activities is prohibited without prior approval.
