As CIO of Southland Industries, Linda Smart creates and implements information technology solutions that are integral to the organization’s business needs and help strengthen technology infrastructure, business capabilities, security measures, and customer accessibility. With over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Information and Technology management serving in multiple senior management global roles, Ms. Smart has a thorough understanding of information technology functions. She is accountable for the performance of Southland’s technology operations and for the expansion and implementation of new technology solutions for all of Southland’s business lines.
Ms. Smart earned her bachelor’s degree in information and computer science as well as biological science from the University of California, Irvine and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Fullerton.
